Hello Indigo can deliver your website in as little as 6 weeks. Your website’s specific timeline will depend upon the size of your project (how many pages) and if you select any add-ons. Add-ons, like custom copywriting and e-commerce store setup, for example, will increase development time. Once Hello Indigo receives your order and clarifies the scope of your specific project, we will provide a more accurate timeline. As long as our team receives prompt feedback from you on content decisions, we will be able to stick to your projected timeline.

When Hello Indigo creates your project timeline, we build in progress report milestone so you know exactly where your website is in development. We may request your approval on content (e.g., custom copywriting, stock photo selection) as needed, outside of these progress report dates, to minimize delays. Either way, you’ll always be in the loop!

Hello Indigo is happy to offer a content management service as an add-on service to a website package for a small monthly fee. This service includes content updates and site maintenance/security updates. For more information about what is covered under this service, please contact info@helloindigo.co.

This service is only available for websites developed by Hello Indigo.

Yes, you can update the content on your site yourself. Clients will often choose to add a new blog post or update written copy themselves. You are free to do this, however, Hello Indigo can’t be held liable for any website errors or issues resulting from edits made by non-Hello Indigo team members. Unless you are experienced with WordPress, we recommend that you sit back, relax, and let our team handle all of your website’s updates.

Should you for whatever reason desire to take down your website, Hello Indigo can assist you by un-publishing your site from the internet. All Hello Indigo websites include a domain name and hosting for 2 years from the date of purchase. As long as your website is within that 2 year period, your site files will remain archived and your website can be re-published at any time. After that two year period, you may elect to make annual payments to renew your domain and hosting and Hello Indigo will keep your site files in archive status. Should you choose not to renew your domain or hosting, your site files will be deleted and your domain will be forfeit.

Hello Indigo does not offer refunds in the event a customer deems a site is no longer necessary.

Hello Indigo does not offer custom websites, however, our partner marketing agency Colour Outside does!
